Here our highly accredited staff of technicians, including a Jewelers of America Certified Master Bench Jeweler, J.A. Senior Bench Jeweler and J.A. Bench Jeweler, will repair your jewelry with the utmost care and precision. Each piece that comes in for repair is weighed on a state certified scale and described in detail for identification purposes.

If your delicate or intricate repair cannot be accomplished using conventional torch soldering, we will proudly enable advanced laser technology to complete the job. Laser welding will be employed when pinpoint accuracy and localized heat are warranted. When the repair has been finished, your jewelry takes a trip to our polishing room for finishing touches, such as applying a high polished, stone or satin
finish, sandblasting, and rhodium plating. The last step in the repair process is an examination by our Quality Control Department, where discriminating eyes ensure the best possible result.

On-Site Repairs & Express Services

Most types of repairs come with our one year warranty! If the repair does not hold for one year, we will fix it at no charge. Examples of instances where the repair cannot be guaranteed are glued, enameled or plated items, or loss of any stone that is 1/2ct or larger or is held in by less than 4 prongs.

Since our workshop is located on our premises, we are able to offer – at a nomimal extra charge – an “express service” for repairs needed the same day! Please call ahead to make sure we can accommodate your rush job on a particular day.

We offer expert watch repair service on most brands of watches, ranging from the simplest battery change to complete restoration. We have a horologist on staff and several watch technicians to assist you.

ENGRAVING

We will personalize your jewelry purchase at no charge using our engraving machine. Examples of jewelry that can be engraved are the inside of wedding bands, backs of lockets and watches and signet rings. There are many styles of engraving to choose from.

CLEANING & inspection

Come in any time for professional jewelry cleaning while you wait! At the time of cleaning we will inspect your jewelry to make sure the stones are tight, the setting is not compromised, and the finish is intact. We will suggest any maintenance work that may be required. These services are always free of charge!

GIFT WRAPPING

Appropriate for all seasons, themes and holidays, have your gift beautifully wrapped for free.

INSURANCE SETTLEMENT
