My fiancé and I went to Earth Treasures to pick out my engagement ring and Brianna made the entire process so smooth and easy! I had no clue what I wanted and she was so patient and knew all the right questions to ask until we finally found the perfect ring. And her awesomeness didn’t stop there! Once she heard we were attending a family party the next day, she immediately checked with her team to see if the sizing, setting, and appraisal could be done that day. We were in utter shock! Recently I was able to work with their team to order a Saint Christopher medal and have it engraved for my nephew’s Confirmation. The quality is outstanding! Earth Treasures is also community minded. They graciously donated towards our towns PTO Gift Auction, Lucinda was so professional, courteous, and a true pleasure to deal with.

Neither of us know much about jewelry, but the salesperson walked us through the process and offered smart recommendations without feeling pushy at all. The rings were ready in half the time (estimate was 7-10 days, they came in on day 4) and picking them up was quick and easy. Every person we interacted with was wonderful and helpful. Most professional staff ever! My husband and I went to look for a 20th Anniversary ring for me. Pam was absolutely amazing… she was not only knowledgeable but so patient, as I have a hard time making up my mind. We also had them look at my engagement ring and they found a crack in my setting. They not only fixed it but when I picked it up today it looked absolutely stunning… they polished and cleaned the entire ring. I work in Law Enforcement and was recently tasked with getting a large amount of seized jewelry and watches examined and appraised prior to putting them on auction. I was referred to Earth Treasures by the Auction Company. Upon arrival it was obvious that there was a communication breakdown regarding the amount of items being examined. This was no fault of Earth Treasures. The owners had every right to turn me away and ask me to make another appointment. However, it was the exact opposite. They assigned two employees ( Joy and Ravenna ) directly to me to examine hundreds of pieces of jewelry both large and small separating costume and silver from real gold and then determining what weight karat the gold was using state of the art equipment. They were experts in diamond quality and watches also. This was beyond tedious and took over 3 hours to complete. They also determined numerous Rolex watches to be counterfeit during this examination. I couldn’t be more impressed with their knowledge and positive attitude during this endeavor. On another note, during the 3 hours that I was there I also observed the other employees present dealing with numerous customers and it was the same professional service. The place is very big and has a huge inventory of just about everything. I will recommend Earth Treasures to friends and family and will be using them for my personal jewelry needs moving forward.
